The City of Falls Church Economic Development Authority (EDA) is reaching out to small businesses to help with the challenges of the pandemic.
Phase Three of Governor Northam’s Forward Virginia Reopening Plan started July 1. Under the expanded guidelines, non-essential retail business, personal grooming establishments, and restaurants do not need to limit capacity, and fitness and exercise facilities may open to 75% capacity. Every business that opens is required to follow the mandatory guidelines in the Governor’s plan, including providing adequate social distancing and maintaining enhanced cleaning and disinfection practices.
To help businesses show customers that they are meeting the Governor’s mandatory guidelines, the EDA created this free printable flyer. Businesses can print it or get a free poster-sized version by visiting the reception desk just inside the City Hall main entrance, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Any business that displays the flyer or poster agrees to abide by all of the Governor’s current and future COVID-19 guidelines.
